Our philosophy
Women move in cycles.
Healing should too.
Our bodies operate in four distinct phases each cycle — and each one carries its own energy, needs, and gifts. When we understand these rhythms, healing stops feeling like a battle and starts feeling like a conversation.
Menstrual
WinterShedding. Rest. Renewal. Your body asks for stillness, warmth, and deep listening. In recovery, this is when rest is medicine.
Follicular
SpringRising energy. New beginnings. Gentle movement returns, and with it, hope. The perfect time to rebuild strength, slowly.
Ovulatory
SummerPeak vitality. Openness. Connection. You feel most like yourself here — ideal for check-ins, community, and celebration.
Luteal
AutumnTurning inward. Integration. Preparation. The body softens and processes. Honor the quiet — it is where true healing lives.
"When you align recovery with your cycle, you stop fighting your body — and start working with it."
Why we exist
Guided by purpose.
Built for your healing.
Mission
To bring trusted, curated recovery resources to women navigating fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, surgery, and postpartum healing — so no one has to figure it out alone.
Vision
To become the go-to resource hub for every stage of women's hormonal, surgical, and postpartum recovery.
A note from our founder
After my own emergency hysterectomy, I was overwhelmed by the healing process and everything I had to manage just to start feeling better. I knew there had to be a better way.
LUNIA Care was born from that experience — and from my mission to make recovery simpler, more accessible, and more supportive for every woman.
You are not alone in this. I'm so honored to be part of your healing journey.
With love and support, ♡
Toni
